Following rumors and leaks, EA has released details about its latest Battlefield game. This latest Battlefield game is called Battlefield 2042. EA claims that the game will support up to 128 players simultaneously, as well as future weapons, dangerous and changing weather conditions.

Battlefield 2042 will be released for PC as well as the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X / S, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One consoles. Players on the PlayStation and Xbox versions have reduced the limit to 64. There is no single player campaign in this new Battlefield game, instead the player gets the opportunity to play the game in a more realistic way with AI or real team members and enemies across various battle themes.

In this trailer we will see a new level of advanced weapons and customization. We also see robots like Boston Dynamics' Spot in this game. Battlefield games also give the player the opportunity to control special modern tanks, planes and drones.

This is the first time that EA has combined 128 players in a single match. So even the maps of this new game have been enlarged. Initially, 7 maps for Battlefield 2042 will be released. In one match, the player has the opportunity to divide this map into parts and play as a mini-Battlefield in each section. You need to subdue each of these parts and collect points. This is the standard Battlefield mode.
